Demetrice McClurkin
Demetrice's inspiring journey as a passionate advocate for diversity and empowerment began in Union, SC, and flourished in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, PA. At Georgetown University, he emerged as a prominent leader, leading the campus chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and founding the Georgetown Univ Young Scholars Mentoring Program (GUYS) for youth in Washington, DC.

With almost 25 years of success in Finance, including a significant impact at Procter & Gamble (P&G), Demetrice now serves as Vice-President of Finance for Corporate Strategy & Analysis, shaping the company's future through strategic development and board engagement.
His dedication to diversity is evident as Chairman of AIMBK (Am I My Brother's Keeper), P&G's Black male employee group with over 1500 members across North America. Beyond corporate achievements, Demetrice works to recruit and retain diverse talent and actively serves on various organizational boards.

Outside of work, Demetrice treasures moments with his wife, Shannon, and their two sons, Demetrice Jr. and Dorian, calling Cincinnati home while passionately supporting their hometown Philadelphia sports teams.
