With nearly 25 years of successful experience in the finance sector, Demetrice has made a significant impact in roles, including his time at Procter & Gamble (P&G). Currently serving as the Vice-President of Finance for Corporate Strategy & Analysis, he is instrumental in shaping the future of the company through strategic development and board engagement.

Dedication to Diversity

Demetrice's dedication to diversity is evident through his role as Chairman of AIMBK (Am I My Brother's Keeper), P&G's Black male employee group, boasting over 1500 members across North America. Beyond corporate achievements, he actively works to recruit and retain diverse talent and serves on various organizational boards, reflecting his commitment to a more inclusive world.

A Family-Centric Approach

Outside of his professional life, Demetrice treasures moments with his wife, Shannon, and their two sons, Demetrice Jr. and Dorian. While they now call Cincinnati home, their roots in Philadelphia are evident in their passionate support for their hometown sports teams.
